To ensure all our clients have the best experience possible at The White Magnolia, we ask that you please understand and respect the following.
The White Magnolia is a Day Spa as well as an Advanced Skin Care Institute. All clients of The White Magnolia will be treated by a licensed professional, unless you purchase a student service in advance. In that case, you will be treated by a student.
We appreciate advanced notice on all cancellations. Failure to reschedule or cancel with a minimum 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled service will result in a credit card charge for half of the amount of the service(s) that were scheduled. If you reschedule your services within 48 hours of cancellation, the amount charged becomes a service credit that may be used for future services
If you desire to leave a gratuity for a staff member, you may leave it as cash or as a separate line item on your credit card slip.
Our spa experience is designed for clients 16 years of age or older. Special exceptions can be made, but please speak to a spa staff member in advance for all matters related to those under 16.
We recommend reservations for all appointments. You can choose to be notified two days before your reservation to confirm your date and time by email or text messaging – your choice. All reservations require a credit or debit card number to hold your appointment reservation in order to ensure the observance of our cancellation policy. We will not charge your card at the time of your reservation.
Please advise our staff of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your treatment selections. We do not recommend some of our services for clients who have hypertension, who are pregnant, or who may have other specific conditions.
Out of courtesy to our other clients and the service providers, we ask that you switch your cell phone to silent mode and not use it while at The White Magnolia.
The White Magnolia Day Spa is a non-smoking environment.
We offer a 14-day grace period for all skin care products during which they may be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Time is valuable to all of us and punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to all facial, body, and massage services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benefit of your service time. If you arrive 10 minutes past the time of your reservation, you may be asked to reschedule or shorten your scheduled service time.

The White Magnolia accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We are unable to accept checks.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to keep prices listed on our website current, but please talk to a staff member if you have any questions.
Gift cards are fully refundable up to 30 days from purchase. All gift cards expire one year from purchase date. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or products. Gift cards may only be redeemed for services.
